Terms of Service

Quotes expire 2 weeks after they were initially issued. Prices may vary between quotes.

The prices listed are per character, any extra character that is as detailed will have an equally additional cost (e.g. one character costs 50 USD, two characters cost 100 USD). You can request a maximum of five characters per artwork.

Background or complementary objects (e.g. a chair or a tree) may increase the final price of the commission if they're too complex to draw.

You can request a simple background (solid color, gradient color, or simple shapes), or a detailed background (scenery, landscape, architecture). A simple background has no additional cost while a detailed background with at least one character will be priced as an illustration.

It's encouraged to provide an image that already depicts your character exactly how you want me to draw them, otherwise the price of your commission will be increased to cover the cost of designing (or redesigning) your character.

Please refrain from asking me to work on any of the following: extremely violent or graphic content, hate-speech, animal cruelty, politics, discrimination, racism, sexism or pornography (partial nudity and erotic art is accepted as long as it's not too graphic, e.g. it doesn't display body fluids or genitalia).

My hours of service are Monday to Thursday, 12 PM - 7 PM (CT), meaning I will only attend inquiries within those hours, however, I can't guarantee that I will respond immediately.

To commission me, you first must go through the requesting process by clicking on the Commission me button, if accepted I will contact you with a quote and if you wish to proceed, we will arrange a payment. I'm currently accepting PayPal and wire transfer. USD only.

Please pay within 48 hours after the commission was accepted to be taken. If it weren't to be paid before the deadline, the slot will be freed for someone else to take.

Half payments are only accepted in order to secure a commission slot. Full payment is required prior starting to work on the commission.

Commissions will be done within 10-30 business days between 5 - 7 PM (CT) depending on the complexity of your request, I will inform you if I need more time. Rush commissions are currently not available, this means that I won't deliver a product in less than 5 days, nor will I work during weekends.

If no specific references were given (e.g. the pose or expression of the character), I will take freedom of creativity to depict the character as I see fit.

There will be up to five free revisions for the commission before it's delivered, any kind of revision applies during the sketching phase (as long as it doesn't overly alter the product, e.g. completely changing the character depicted or their pose). After the lineart is done there will be only minor-medium revisions (it will be up to my criteria to decide wether a revision may be done). During the coloring phase only minor revisions will be considered (e.g. changing the eye color of the character). Once you've used your five free revisions, each revision will be charged individually and their price will be defined case by case. There won't be further revisions after the product was delivered.

Previews of the artwork sent are: sketch, lineart, base color and final. I will deliver the finished artwork without my watermark and in a .PNG format.

Further assistance can be given if needed. For example, delivering the artwork in a scalable resolution or a different file format.

There will be no refunds once the payment has been received. Failing to respect these Terms of Service or becoming aggressive towards me will result in the commission being canceled without any kind of compensation.

You may use the artwork for personal purposes only. Do not use the artwork for commercial/profitable purposes unless we arranged a contract for it and you paid an extra 50% of the total cost of the commission for the Distribution Rights The Distribution Rights period lasts six (6) months starting on the date the contract was executed. It can be extended by paying an extra 20% every three (3) months or an extra %10 per month.

Do not tokenize, do not turn into NFT and do not train AI with the artwork.

Do not claim the artwork as your own creation, please give credit to me, Neblunart (Luna), every time you refer to it.

Unless stated otherwise through a legal contract, I hold all reproduction rights to my artworks, meaning I will take the freedom to post the final product in my social media profiles and portfolio for visibility; however, it won’t be sold as a print. To keep the artwork private during the first three (3) months after the commission was delivered, an extra 15% of the product's cost would apply. It is not possible to keep your commission private permanently.
